RECRUITMENT: Recruitment is the process of seeking out, finding, and hiring candidates for a specific position or job

PROCESS OF RECRUITMENT

  • SCREENING – The most important process of recruitment is to sort out the CV according to the need of the company.
  • SCHEDULING INTERVIEW– after shortlisting the interview next step is to schedule the interview of the candidates by calling and taking regular follow up from the candidate. And then scheduling the interview according to a suitable time and date.
  • DOCUMENTS AND ID: if the candidate is fit for the company and cleared the interview round, then the next action in recruitment is to collect the documents and ID from the candidate. And providing them with the offer letter.
  • ONBOARDING: if the candidate accepts the offer letter next phase is in which new hires are welcomed into the company. It includes activities that allow new employees to complete an initial new-hire orientation process, as well as learn about the organization and its structure, culture, vision, mission, and values.
  • TEAMINVOLVEMENT: Before deciding on the appraisal of the employee, HR should check whether the employee is a team player or not. And then decide the appraisal accordingly.

TRAINING:

HR should also check whether the employees are getting proper training or not. Moreover, to check whether the employee is learning and working on the training provided to him.

HR should also check whether the employee is sharing the knowledge he/ she has with the other employees. And the knowledge should always be shared in a healthy manner that should benefit the company and its employee.

OFFICE CULTURE

  • RULES AND REGULATIONS: HR Should make every employee familiar with the office culture. i.e., with the official rules and regulations and decorum in the company.
  • GET TOGETHER: HR Should organize parties to motivate and for the relaxation of the employee. Once the party is done the employees become more friendly and come with more energy .so the parties are the most important thing that should not be missed out.

PAYROLLS: Payroll is the compensation a business must pay to its employees for a set period or on a given date. It is usually managed by the human resources department of a company.

PROCESS OF PAYROLLS:

  • STRUCTURE : In payrolls, the first step is to decide on the details of the salary that has been offered to the employees. And how to distribute the salary to them.
  • SALARY SLIP : An employee salary slip is a document that an employee receives from their employer every month. It indicates everything from the gross salary to the net take-home pay and deductions.
  • PAYMENT INSURANCE : After the employee’s salary has been credited, HR must take follow-up from the employee whether they have received the salary or not.

APPRAISALS

Performance Appraisal is the systematic evaluation of the performance of employees and understanding of the abilities of a person for further growth and development. Performance appraisal is generally done in systematic ways, which are as follows:

  • PERFORMANCE : one of the main factors of appraisal is the performance of the employee if the performance is excellent, good or normal the employee appraisal should be accordingly to motivate them to do much better in his/ her field
  • Attitude : not only performance but employee attitude towards the company is equally important. Suppose an employee’s attitude towards the company and other employees is good but he or she is average in performance. So the company should provide them appraisal to motivate them to do better in their job. which will benefit both companies as well as the employee.
